Delete your Daily Pot Family account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Daily Pot Family app, made by Daily Pot AS (org.nr 917 104 611, Bergen, Norway).
 

Option 1 – In the app
Open the Daily Pot Family app, go to Profile, scroll down and tap "Delete Account", then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
 

Option 2 – By email
If you no longer have the app, email post@dailypot.no from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
 

What is deleted
- Your login and account
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your table reservations
- Your push notification settings and device tokens
 

What is kept, and for how long
Records of purchases, orders and loyalty point transactions are kept for 5 years, because Norwegian bookkeeping law (bokføringsloven) requires us to keep sales records. These records are anonymised: they are no longer connected to your name, email or phone number.
 

Please note
Unused loyalty points, perks and gift card balance are lost when you delete your account and cannot be restored.
