We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and take full responsibility for our daily operations. You'll be the driving force behind creating exceptional guest experiences, maintaining our high standards, and building a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

  • Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and professional development

  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns professionally

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

  • Monitor and control costs while maintaining quality standards

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

  • Handle cash management, daily reporting, and financial reconciliation

  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff

50% Waiter Position

We’re looking for a part-time waiter (50% position) to join our team! If you enjoy creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and want to serve healthy, delicious food in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our guests, helps them feel at home, and supports the team by preparing fresh salads at the bar and ensuring smooth service throughout the day.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and take orders with a smile

  • Serve our soups, salads, and drinks with care

  • Prepare vibrant salads at the bar using fresh ingredients

  • Share knowledge about our menu and weekly specials

  • Keep the dining area clean and inviting

  • Handle payments accurately and efficiently

  • Work together with the kitchen team to ensure great service

  • Follow all health and hygiene routines
     

Who You Are:

  • You have some experience in customer service (a plus, not a must)

  • You’re friendly, dependable, and a great communicator

  • You stay calm and organized when things get busy

  • You’re happy to work some evenings and weekends

  • You care about people and enjoy being part of a team

Summer Help

We're looking for a friendly, hands-on team player to help us create a great experience for our guests this summer. As part of the Daily Pot team, you'll be welcoming guests, serving our fresh soups and salads, and keeping the vibe smooth and positive throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude

  • Serve soups, salads, and drinks with speed and care

  • Keep the dining area clean and organized

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently

  • Work with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service flowing

  • Handle payments and process orders using our POS system

  • Share menu knowledge and help guests with questions

  • Follow all hygiene and safety routines
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous café or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

  • Great people skills and a team-first attitude

  • Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to jump in wherever needed

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

  • Must be 16 years or older
